Tuna Lettuce Wrap

Tuna | 1 tin - drained
Mayonnaise or Salad Cream | 2 - 3 tbsp.
Red onions | ½ - chopped
Avocado | 1 - chopped
Cherry tomatoes | handful - chopped
Basil | handful - chopped
Eggs | 2 - boiled
Paprika | ½ tsp
Romaine lettuce | 2 leaves - washed
In a large bowl, combine the tuna, red onion, mayonnaise/salad cream, salt and pepper and mix well. Spoon the tuna mixture into the romaine lettuce leaves. Add the chopped avocado, tomatoes and extra onions.
Serve the tuna lettuce wraps with sliced hard boiled eggs, sprinkled with paprika and garnished with chopped basil.
