Smoked Salmon Toast

This open-face sandwich makes a great meal or snack.

Smoked salmon| 200 g - torn into shreds

Philadelphia or any soft white cheese | 8 tbsp.

French bread baguette | sliced - toasted

Rocket leaves | handful

Chives | 1 tsp - chopped

Chilli flakes | 1 tsp

Black pepper


Slice the French bread diagonally about 1 cm thick and toast. Spread the soft white cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top the soft cheese with rocket leaves and arrange the smoked salmon on top. Season well with black pepper and garnish with chilli flakes and chopped chives.
