Salmon Bagel

Hearty, filling, healthy and nutritious!

Ingredients:

Eggs | 3 eggs

Salmon | 50 g - torn into shreds

Bagel | ½ - toasted

Chilli flakes | ½ tsp

Dried chives | ¼ tsp

Black pepper

Salt

Philadelphia or any soft white cheese

Spray oil/butter


Directions:

In a large pan, heat cooking oil/butter over a medium-low heat until hot. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and season well with salt and black pepper. Beat the eggs together with a fork and slowly pour into the prepared pan. Let the eggs sit inside the pan roughly 20 seconds or until the bottom begins to set. Slowly stir the eggs inwards using a spatula, folding in all the mixture from the edges of the pan. Continue folding until the eggs are softly set and slightly runny in places.


Remove the eggs from the heat and leave for a moment to finish cooking. Serve the velvety scrambled eggs on a warm toasted bagel smothered in soft white cheese, topped with shredded smoked salmon. Garnish with chilli flakes and dried chives.


Serve immediately and enjoy!


Tip! - Try adding a layer of grated cheese after pouring the eggs into the pan.
