Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
This creamy, protein-packed meal will keep you full all morning long!

Rolled oats | 45 g
Greek yoghurt | 2 tbsp.
Milk | 100 ml
Chia seeds | 1 tbsp.
Honey | 1 tbsp. + extra to serve
Peanut butter | 1 tbsp. + extra to serve
Pecans | handful - chopped
Roasted almonds | handful - chopped
Dark chocolate chips | handful - chopped
Banana | 1 - sliced
To a mason jar or a small bowl, add the oats, milk, chia seeds, Greek yoghurt, honey and peanut butter. Stir well with a spoon making sure that all the ingredients are combined. Cover securely with a lid or cling film and refrigerate preferably overnight or for at least 6 hours to allow the oats to thicken up.
Remove from the fridge the following morning and garnish with chopped bananas, pecans, dark chocolate chips, roasted almonds, honey and extra peanut butter. Serve and enjoy!
The overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 days, although it's best to consume within the first 12 - 24 hours.
