No-Bake Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Super easy, crunchy no bake granola bars! Customise with your favourite ingredients.

Traditional rolled oats | 270 g

Crunchy peanut butter | 250 g - (you can use smooth if you prefer)

Honey | 110 g

Coconut oil | 2 tbsp.

Flaked almonds | 50 g

4 seed mix | 100 g - (4 seed mix includes: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds)

Salt | pinch

Dark chocolate chips | handful


Line a shallow square baking dish or tray roughly about 8 inches wide with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, add the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil and salt. Stir all the ingredients together and microwave for roughly 30 - 60 seconds.

Remove the mixture from the microwave; pour in the oats, flaked almonds and 4 seed mix. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly and firmly into a tightly packed layer using the back of a spoon or by pressing down firmly with your fingers. Sprinkle on a handful of chocolate chips and press gently into the granola mix. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours to set.

Make sure the the granola is completely firm before cutting into bars to avoid crumbling. Keep your crunchy peanut butter granola bars refrigerated and consume within 3 - 5 days.


Tip!: Why not try adding dried fruits or rice krispies to the mixture for deliciously chewy peanut butter granola bars.
