Eggs | 1 egg - beaten

Place the beef and pork mince into a large bowl and add the sautéed onions and garlic. Add the beaten egg, dried thyme, rosemary, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, all-purpose seasoning, salt, black pepper, paprika and chilli powder. Gently massage all the ingredients into the mince, making sure that everything is well combined.

Divide the mince mixture into approximately 25 round balls and place onto a lined baking tray. Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 200° degrees/gas mark 6 for 20 - 25 minutes or until the meatballs are golden brown on the outsides.
