Homemade Lemon & Ginger Tea

A soothing and refreshing tea that can be served warm or cold.

Hot water | 500 ml

Lemon | 1 - sliced

Ginger | 2" thinly sliced



In a heat-resistant jug, add the sliced ginger and lemon to the hot water. Allow this to brew for 10 minutes or longer if desired. Strain and serve. For a sweeter tea, add honey.

If you prefer your tea cold, let it cool down completely and store in the refrigerator. Serve with ice cubes and fresh mint.
