Fruity Water Infusions

Strawberry Basil Infusion
Ingredients:
Strawberries | sliced
Fresh basil | 8 - 10 leaves
Water | 1 litre
Directions:
In a large jug, add the basil leaves and strawberries. Scrunch the basil leaves as you add them to help release their aromas and gently crush the strawberries with the back of a spoon to release their juices. Add in the water and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or preferably overnight to allow the water to infuse. Drink within 24 hours.
Blueberry Orange Infusion
Ingredients:
Blueberries | a handful
Orange | sliced
Water | 1 litre
Directions:
In a large jug, add the blueberries and orange slices. Squeeze some of the juice from the orange slices and gently crush the blueberries with the back of a spoon to intensify the flavours. Add in the water and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or preferably overnight to allow the water to infuse. Drink within 24 hours.
Lemon Cucumber Infusion
Ingredients:
Lemon | sliced
Cucumber | sliced
Water | 1 litre
Directions:
In a large jug, add the lemon and cucumber slices. Squeeze some of the juice from the lemon slices to intensify the flavour of the water. Only do this if you want your water to have a strong lemony taste. Add in the water and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or preferably overnight to allow the water to infuse. Drink within 24 hours.
