Cinnamon French Toast
Delicious French Toast with cinnamon, great for any brunch.

Thick bread | 4 slices - (You can use any type of bread you fancy e.g. brioche, hot-cross buns, wholemeal etc.)
Eggs | 4 beaten
Milk | 80 ml
Cinnamon | 1 tsp
Granulated white sugar | 1 tbsp.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Soak both sides of the bread slices into the egg mixture. Ensure to allow enough time for each slice to soak up the mixture.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium - high heat. Melt the butter/oil into the pan and add the bread slices. Add as many slices of bread that will fit in at a time. Fry the bread until both sides are golden brown, flipping when necessary.
Serve your warm French toast with maple syrup, Greek yoghurt and your favourite berries. Add a sprinkle of icing sugar for extra flavour.
