Chilli Prawn Noodles

Super quick, super easy, super satisfying!

Raw king prawns | 165 g

Spring onions | 3 - chopped

Garlic | 3 cloves - chopped

Ginger | 1 tsp - chopped

Knorr fish stock cube | 1 stock cube

Chilli flakes | ½ tbsp.

Chilli powder | ¼ tsp or pinch

Salt | pinch

Paprika | 1 tbsp.

Dried parsley | ¼ tsp

Dolmio sweet pepper stir in sauce | 150g

Straight to wok noodles | medium - 300g

Fresh basil leaves

Spray oil


In a large pan, heat cooking oil over a medium heat until hot. Add the chopped spring onions, garlic and ginger and cook for 3 - 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.

Add chilli flakes, paprika, dried parsley, chilli powder and raw prawns. Fry the prawns for roughly 3 - 4 minutes or until they turn pink making sure to turn frequently as they cook very quickly. Stir in the Dolmio sauce and add the Knorr fish stock cube, fresh basil leaves and salt. Cook this until the stock cube has completely dissolved, then throw in the straight to wok noodles. Using a tong or two spoons, toss the noodles around until they are completely coated in the sauce.

Serve the chilli prawn noodles immediately with a sprinkling of fresh basil.
