Breakfast Pizza
Any excuse to have pizza for breakfast! :P

Ingredients:
Stone baked pizzeria base | ready to eat
Eggs | 1 egg
Ham | a few slices - chopped
Cocktail sausages | handful - chopped
Baked beans | 415 g (1 can)
Tomatoes | 1 - chopped
Red onion | 1 - chopped
Spring onions | 2 - chopped
Dried rosemary | ¼ tsp
Cheddar cheese | grated
Salt
Black pepper
Spray oil
Directions:
Preheat the oven at 220°c/gas mark 7. Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease with spray oil.
In a large pan, heat cooking oil over a medium heat until hot. Add the chopped spring onions whites and dried rosemary. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes until tender, stirring frequently. If desired, cook a little longer until edges start to brown. Pour in the baked beans and season well with some salt and pepper.
Pour and spread the cooked beans onto the base of store bought pizza evenly, then scatter on the grated cheese. Top the pizza with the chopped red onions, tomatoes, ham and chopped sausages. Carefully crack an egg into the middle of the pizza and season well with salt.
Place the pizza into the oven and bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden. Remove the pizza carefully from oven and ensure that it is piping hot. Garnish with black pepper and spring onion greens before serving.
