Breakfast Berry Smoothie
Quick and simple. Great for kids!

Yoghurt | 120 g (natural, Greek or flavoured)
Strawberries | 80 g
Blueberries | 80 g
Raspberries | 60 g
Blackberries | 60 g
Milk | 120 ml - use your favourite milk preference
Honey | 1 tbsp.
Place all ingredients together inside a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Serve berry smoothie garnished with fresh berries and mint sprigs. Alternatively, pour into an ice cube tray or ice lolly mould and freeze overnight for the perfect summer treat.
For a sweeter smoothie add more honey. For a thicker smoothie add less milk.
