Sunny Side Up Eggs

Classic sunny side up eggs with golden yolks and set whites.

Eggs | 2 eggs

Water | ½ tsp


Black pepper



In a large pan, heat cooking oil or butter over a medium heat until hot; then crack in the eggs on either side of the pan, season with salt and pepper. Add about ½ teaspoon of water into the pan (not on the eggs) and cover with a tight lid or plate. Leave the eggs to cook uninterrupted until the whites are completely set but the yolks still runny.

Remove the eggs from the pan and serve, garnished with chopped chives and chilli flakes on a slice of avocado toast.
